KEMA CLEAR is a binding emulsion based on PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate) for sealing cement surfaces. It is used as a primer before applying water-based paints and for other purposes as protective top coating on water-based emulsion paints such as KEMPLEKO, KEMAGRANO and KEMSTONE.
