The main objective of the CMB website is to allow sale through its website to reach the end user only and limited to the personal use, not commercial sale or distributors.

The company has the right to cancel any purchase orders that appear to be

For distributors, or repeated registration orders for the same products more than once, or register of a purchase order for another person.

The company has the right to restrain purchase sales to some products registered in a purchase order.

CMB is keen on providing the most accurate information about its products for the online users, except for errors such as pricing which is not updated for such case CMB reserve the right to accept or decline such website order at the wrong price or mistakenly registered on an offer that has already expired.

The online order is executed only if the price is modified to the correct price and the customer agrees to that.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update the contents of our website or amend product prices at any time without prior notice, the company has the right to modify or delete any of the terms of its sale policy at any time without prior notice.

Online sale is available for most of Greater Cairo.

Chemicals for Modern Building company (CMB) offers approachable payment methods to all customers in order to facilitate the payment process such as: cash on delivery, online payment, ATM, and Fawry.

CMB has the right to request additional information of the online payment for approval such as: send photo copy of an ID or credit card used for such payment especially if the payment process issued by a foreign bank. Modern Building Chemicals Company has the right to cancel the order anytime if the user refuse to provide such information.

Chemicals for Modern Building company (CMB) is not responsible for any banking transactions between the client and his bank. CMB role is limited to request the client’s bank to approve the due amount , CMB has the right to cancel the purchase in case of bank rejection without notifying the client.

The user must register for him-self online through the website so he can get the PO number after going through the necessary steps. User must choose delivery date from the list of available dates mentioned on the website. Email and SMS confirmation message will be sent to the user carrying the PO number. CMB customer is contacted in case of need to complete the data before confirming the order, and we have the right to cancel the purchase order at any time in case that we were unable to reach the customer. Execution is carried out at the address registered in the purchase order only and at the time specified by the customer during the registration of the purchase order. By signing the receipt, the customer agrees that the product is in good condition and with all its contents.

In case of the customer wants to install the product (from Dary) by our company, the client shall contacts customer service 16172 to register an installation report, in the case of the goods that are purchased from (Dary Company).

The customer’s national ID number must be obtained in the case of registering a purchase order of a value greater than fifty thousand pounds, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of VAT Law No. 67 of 2016, and in accordance with Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of Value Added Law No. 67 of 2016, and in accordance with Article 2 of Ministry of Finance Resolution No. 623 of 2018, and CMB has the right to cancel the purchase order in case the customer refused to send his national ID number.

Payment method:

1- Cash on delivery :

The customer pays the value of the invoice to the delivery representative. The order value must not exceed 50,000 EGP and in case the order exceeded the limit the customer shall use another payment method.

2- Fawry Payment

The user shall receive a reference number in SMS message sent to the registered phone number after order completion. The user shall use the reference number to pay through Fawry payment services within 3 days from order completion.

The order will be cancelled automatically if the user did not pay.

Delivery instructions using Fawry service:

1- Make sure you entered the correct phone number in order to receive the SMS payment code along with payment code expiration date at same exact number registered .

2-Payment code expires within 72 hours from the completion of the PO registration process, the customer may cancel the order any time before the fund.

3-If the payment code expires without paying the order value, the order will be canceled automatically without referring to the customer.

4-Make sure you receive a payment receipt from Fawry store after paying the due amount.

5-Delivery should be only to the customer who requested the order in person and to the address registered in the purchase order.

6-The customer must show his national ID card and the payment receipt of the order value through Fawry to the representative.

7- In case there is a person acting on behalf of the customer upon the receipt, the rep shall ask for national ID card or passport of the applicant or a photocopy in addition to the payment receipt of the value via Fawry.

8-The customer may cancel the order after paying by sending the code to the same exact phone number registered in the PO, Administration fee shall be deduction (2,25%)from the total PO value.

Product return policy:

The customer has the right to replace or return the product purchased from the website within 30 days from the date of purchase only if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. The customer has no right to replace or return the product after the 30 days for any reason, according to Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law. the customer must contact customer service 16172.

Returning or replacing the product, the packages and packaging materials must be in their original condition, and the product pack must not have been opened or used, and all its contents must be accompanied by all the original documents, if the customer receives a promotional gift for the order, it must be returned with the products and if not CMB may decline the return or the replacement order. The customer will be refunded for the amount due only even if the product has a discount.

The customer may replace or return the product anytime (no-manufacturing defect in the product)within 14 days from the date of receiving the product in accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law.

Vouchers

The customer may receive a voucher via an online offer, contest from our website or our official facebook page or even through our loyalty program. In order to redeem the voucher the customer shall use the discount code while processing another online purchase.

How to use:

1- The Voucher can be used only once (the holder)

2- The customer shall use the discount code while processing the purchase at CMB website.

3-The customer is not entitled to recover any difference if the value of the discount is greater than the total purchase value.

4- in case that the value of the coupon is less than the total value of the purchases, the difference in the amount will be collected in cash upon receipt or payment by Fawry.
